No surprise parties when America turns 250

Politicians and mascots visited Durham-Nockamixon Elementary for America250PA’s Keystone Classroom Initiative, preparing students for the nation’s 250th birthday in 2026. The program aims to teach Pennsylvania’s rich history through storytelling, reaching over 50,000 students statewide by the anniversary. The visit featured book readings, swag bags, and re-enactors.
