Film: Join or Die: Civic Engagement, Community, and the Future of Democracy
April 15 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
In partnership with Bucks County Community College and the League of Women Voters of Bucks County, the Zlock Auditorium will host a public screening of the award-winning documentary Join or Die. The film examines the decline of civic participation and community connections in America and the impact this erosion has on our democracy. The program will feature a screening of the film followed by a curated, facilitated discussion exploring its central themes, including the importance of community, the health of our democratic institutions, and opportunities for renewed civic engagement. Following the discussion, community organizations will be invited to participate in a tabling session to share information about ways attendees can get involved locally.
